Gentle Giant Way Coaching
No advice. Just better questions — and the space to let them land.
The Gap
You have built things worth building. A career with real weight behind it. A life that makes sense on paper and holds up in conversation.
And yet.
There is a version of you that the résumé doesn't reach. A set of questions that the next promotion won't answer. A pull toward something — a different pace, a different kind of belonging, a life more honestly yours — that has been patient enough to wait, but has not gone away.
That gap is not a problem to be solved. It is an invitation to be heard.
The Way
This is not a coaching practice that tells you what to do. What is yours to live cannot be handed to you by someone else — and anything that tries is selling you a shorter story than the one you actually have.
The Gentle Giant Way is built on one belief: that the right questions, asked in the right space, are more powerful than any answer someone else could give you.
We move slowly here. With intention. Without urgency.
Every step taken with shrouded intention is someone else's direction. This is how we find yours.
The Work
The Clearing
Single 55-minute session
Sometimes the first step isn't a program. It's a conversation honest enough to show you where you actually are. No agenda, no prescribed outcome. Just a space where the right questions meet the things you haven't had room to say out loud.
What is yours will not escape you. This is where we begin to see it.
The Path
10-week 1:1 program
Ten weeks, one session per week, each one building on the last. There is no curriculum here, no roadmap handed to you. The questions do the work. Your answers do the rest. For the person who senses the fix isn't a better job — but a more honest reckoning with what is actually theirs to live.
The writing was there before the searching began. The Path is where we learn to read it.
The Herd
Ongoing retainer — Path graduates
Two sessions per month, no fixed end date, no new agenda. Just the continued practice of honest questions and the patience to let answers arrive at their own pace. For those who have completed The Path and want to continue the relationship.
The most enduring things have never been in a hurry. Neither is meaningful change.
About
For nearly a decade, a career in data provided everything it was supposed to — the work was interesting, the compensation was fair, the trajectory was clear. And yet something remained just out of reach. Not unhappiness exactly. More like a persistent sense that the life being lived and the life that was possible were not quite the same thing, and the alignment kept distancing.
The shift came gradually, through unexpected places — a different kind of work, a different kind of community, a slower pace. Not a reinvention. More like a return.
That experience — of succeeding at something that doesn't fully fit, and slowly finding what does — is what this practice is built on. Not as a blueprint to follow, but as proof that the question is worth asking.
Certified through iPEC, and shaped by years of personal practice across eastern and western philosophical traditions, the work here has one orientation: that you already carry what you're looking for. The questions just help you hear it.
No advice. No prescriptions. No map handed to you.
Just better questions, and the space to let them land.
